Kylie Shacklock BSW MA MAASW 
Relaxation Therapist

Kylie has over 15 years experience as a social worker and counsellor in the health, education, government and community sectors. She has extensive experience in the management of chronic disease, stress and anxiety. Kylie specialises in stress-reduction, relaxation and lifestyle change.

Kylie has a particular interest in mind/body medicine and has continued her professional development with training in Therapeutic Relaxation, Yoga and Meditation. She has personally experienced the profound healing benefits of deep relaxation and is passionate about its therapeutic applications.



Will Shacklock
Director

Will specialises in delivering stress management seminars and relaxation training programs in the workplace. Will offers a straightforward perspective of stress: its causes, symptoms and effects, and he encourages participants to take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing.  Will incorporates a variety of stress-reduction techniques into each program so that participants can experience the benefits of relaxation first-hand.

Will is an accredited yoga and meditation teacher and has been teaching in and around Melbourne for the last five years. His approach is centred around the knowledge that no matter where we are, or what we are doing, it is the practice of mindfulness that allows us to have a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life. This has been his personal experience; therefore this is what he teaches.
