Kylie has over 15 years experience as a social worker and counsellor in the health, education, government and corporate sectors. She has extensive experience in the management of chronic disease, stress and anxiety. Kylie specialises in stress-reduction, relaxation and lifestyle change.
Kylie has a particular interest in mind/body medicine and has continued her professional development with a Diploma in Therapeutic Meditation. She has personally experienced the profound healing benefits of deep relaxation and is passionate about its therapeutic applications.
Will ShacklockBSurv DipNRM MIICT
Will specialises in delivering group workshops and training programs. He includes practical stress management techniques in every session, and encourages his clients to develop the support networks required to achieve positive behavioural change in the long-term.
Will is an accredited yoga and meditation teacher, and brings over six years group training experience to the classroom and workplace.
