Our six-week Learn to Relax program contains six deep-relaxation and meditation CDs.  These professionally-recorded CDs are unique to Learn to Relax, and comprise an invaluable tool in the process of reducing stress and becoming more relaxed.

The deep-relaxation and meditation CDs encourage you to learn and practice a variety of techniques in a gentle and progressive way.  As you work your way through the program you will find that the techniques become more subtle, requiring greater focus and self-awareness.  This progression reflects your new-found ability to concentrate more deeply; you will notice things about yourself that you may never have noticed before!
