Deep Relaxation - combination technique MP3

Deep Relaxation is a combination of three techniques - Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Body Scanning and Mantra.  We've combined these techniques to take you through a process of moving from the physical dimensions of experience towards the more subtle.  Incredibly deep states of relaxation can be achieved as you progress through the practice.

This practice encourages profound healing at the cellular level and will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, balanced and calm.  When practiced regularly, this technique can provide the equivalent benefits of four hours sleep.

Delivered by Kylie Shacklock. Duration 29 minutes.

Payment instructions: On completion of your payment you will be sent an automated email receipt containing download instructions. Please ensure that you correctly enter your email address. The file must be downloaded within three days of the date of payment.
