Learn to Relax group programs are a great way to discover the art of relaxed living in a friendly and supportive group environment. Programs are delivered over six weeks and sessions run for 90 minutes. Each session includes training and guided practice in a specific deep-relaxation and meditation technique, and explores practical strategies for incorporating the techniques into daily life. Participants are invited to reflect on and discuss their experiences and insights each week, and are encouraged to commit to a daily practice of up to 30 minutes.
