Managing Stress in the Classroom is a unique group training program for teachers, staff and VCE students. The program offers a whole mind-body approach to stress management, and integrates mindfulness training with powerful deep-relaxation techniques to build profound and sustainable stress resilience. Participants learn simple and effective strategies to reduce stress, gain clarity of mind and maximise their personal, workplace and classroom performance.
What does the program involve?
This educational and skills-based program provides:
Tools for reducing stress quickly throughout the working day
Practical methods for enhancing concentration, increasing personal productivity and improving communication skills
Deep-relaxation training – including body awareness, breath-work and meditation practices
Interactive teachings and discussion
Individual feedback and support – including phone and email contact, and
A comprehensive program manual and six audio CDs.
