This skills-based program gives you the structure, process and support you need to reduce stress and anxiety no matter where you are or what you are doing. The program also helps to enhance concentration and creativity, build resilience and improve personal and workplace performance. The program complements medical and psychological treatment, and actively engages you in your own health and wellbeing.

six one-on-one consultations over six weeks
deep-relaxation training – including body awareness, breath-work and meditation practices
mindfulness-based strategies for increasing self-awareness, developing emotional resilience and breaking stress-prone habit patterns
tools for building stress-reduction techniques into your daily life
feedback and support – including phone and email contact, and
a comprehensive program manual and six audio CDs.
