Stress Management Programs for School Students

Suitable for students in Year 3 and above, our stress management programs are skills-based and highly interactive. Students learn practical mind-management strategies for building resilience, improving performance and staying calm, focused and balanced at school.

Program Options:

  • Learning to Relax - suitable for students in Year 3 and above, this introductory workshop explores stress and relaxation, and how to recognise the physical and psychological difference between the two. Students learn a simple breathing technique to relax themselves at will.

  • How to Reduce Exam Stress- suitable for students in Year 10 and above, this workshop introduces simple mind-management techniques to train students to keep their minds on the job and stay calm under pressure.

  • VCE Chill-out - a 30-minute deep-relaxation intensive to relax the body and refresh the mind. The ideal student break-out session in the lead-up to exams.
