Intermediate Meditation Courses

We provide ongoing intermediate meditation courses for those who have completed a Learn to Relax program or a beginners meditation course elsewhere.

These courses are a great opportunity to deepen your experience of meditation and relaxation, to further entrench your personal practice and to re-connect with others who share your interest in personal growth.  Sessions run for 1.25 hours and include exploration of meditation philosophy and concepts, a 30-minute meditation practice, and group discussion and questions.

Health Insurance Rebates

Some private health insurance funds offer rebates for meditation.  Please check with your fund.

Fees: A new student is one who is beginning a course or program with us for the first time.  Students that have completed a Learn to Relax program or other course (old students) receive two complimentary classes per term.
