This educational and skills-based program provides:

  • Tools for reducing stress quickly throughout the working day
  • Practical methods for enhancing concentration, increasing personal productivity and improving communication skills
  • Deep-relaxation training – including body awareness, breath-work and practical meditation
  • Integration strategies - to build cultural change in the long term, and
  • A comprehensive support package including a program workbook, audio mp3s and a four-week skills enhancement program.
