TheLearn to Relax program is a unique stress management training program for individuals based on mindfulness and deep-relaxation. This skills-based program gives you the structure, process and support you need to take control of your life and reduce stress and anxiety in the long term.
The program also helps to enhance concentration and creativity, build resilience and improve personal and workplace performance. The program complements medical and psychological treatment, and actively engages you in your own health and wellbeing.
How does the Learn to Relax program work?
The Learn to Relax program is a six-week, fully self-contained relaxation training program. Each week you'll learn and practice a particular stress management technique, and discover an associated mind-management strategy. Your task is to regularly practice the techniques and strategies with the aim of creating and maintaining new habits around managing your physical and/or psychological health.
Ultimately, the level of success you achieve is directly related to your willingness to practice the techniques regularly and consistently, and experiment with the strategies you learn during the program. Simply by engaging in the program you'll empower yourself, as a result of your own efforts, to reduce your stress and anxiety whenever you want to, and let go of the thoughts and emotions that hold you back.
