VCE Chill-out

Our VCE Chill-out sessions are the ideal way to revitalise and refocus your students whenever they need a lift. VCE Chill-out increases vitality and improves focus, and leaves your students feeling refreshed, vibrant, balanced and calm.

VCE Chill-out is a 30-minute deep-relaxation intensive that switches off the body's ‘fight or flight’ stress response, and is different to what we typically think of as ‘relaxation'. The technique alters the physiology of the body by regulating the central nervous system and producing calming alpha brain waves. This brings the mind back into the present and rejuvenates the whole body, resulting in a more relaxed, attentive and focused student group.

VCE Chill-out sessions work to:

  • Relax the body
  • Calm and focus the mind
  • Relieve stress and anxiety
  • Increase clarity and creativity
  • Improve memory and attentiveness, and
  • Boost energy and enthusiasm.
