Integration
To gain the benefits of any skill you have to practice it! You'll learn how to integrate stress management techniques into your everyday life so that they become normal for you.

We'll provide you with the support mechanisms and tools you need to make the benefits of stress management a reality. Our Learn to Relax program includes a comprehensive workbook, six CDs and phone and email support.
