General Policy

Health Information:

Please consult your doctor for a physical examination prior to beginning any program.  Stress reduction techniques may not be suitable for those with certain physical or mental health conditions.

All personal and health information provided to us is strictly confidential to Learn to Relax and only disclosed to third parties with your written consent or in case of emergency.

Cancellations and transfers:

For any breakout session, workshop or seminar a 50% refund will be issued for any cancellation made more than one week prior to the commencement date.  For cancellations made less than one week prior to the commencement date a refund will not be issued.  Bookings may be transferred to another course, program, seminar or workshop free of charge.  Notice of at least one week must be given to transfer a booking.

Learn to Relax reserves the right to cancel any session due to unforseen circumstances.  Refunds will be issued.

Public Holidays and Weekends:

Courses and Programs may run on public holidays and weekends.  It is your responsibility to check all dates prior to registration. 

Returns and Refund Policy:

For all claims: affected items must be returned to Learn to Relax by registered mail within seven (7) working days of receipt of goods by the purchaser.  Replacement goods will be posted as per the delivery policy below.  Refunds will not be issued for Learn to Relax at Home packages.

Learn to Relax at Home Delivery Policy:

Learn to Relax at Home hard copy packages will be delivered by registered mail within seven (7) working days via Australia Post. Refer to the Australia Post website for all delivery enquiries. www.auspost.com.au

Learn to Relax at Home online version: you will receive a download link via automated email receipt on completion of your payment.  This link will only work for 3 days following the payment date. Follow the instructions to save the files to your computer. 

Security Capabilities and Policy for transmission of credit card details:

On selecting to confirm and pay any order, your credit card details will be securely processed through the ANZ payment gateway.

Learn to Relax makes available the provision to download particular documents, on the conditions set out below. If you do not agree with these conditions, then you should not download the material.

Downloadable Document Conditions

The information is provided on the basis that upon downloading you will conduct such virus scanning and other checks as may be necessary to ensure that the downloaded material will not corrupt in any way your data, software or systems or those of any other person.

You acknowledge and agree that Learn to Relax will not be under any liability to you for any loss or damage including consequential loss or damage however caused, whether by negligence or otherwise, that arises in any way from the use of the downloaded material.

If you provide the downloaded material to another party, then you should bring to the attention of that other party these conditions and only provide the downloaded material on the same conditions as those on which the original downloaded material was provided to you.
