What is the Learn to Relax program?
The Learn to Relax program is a six-week stress reduction and relaxation training program for learning the art of relaxed living. The program is both educational and skills-based, incorporating a range of techniques and strategies that empower you to take charge of your health and remain calm and balanced under all circumstances.
The Learn to Relax program is ultimately about YOU changing your own habit patterns; letting go of those habits that no longer serve you, and replacing them with more helpful ones that make you feel healthier, happier and more in control of your own wellbeing. The program is ideal for those who:

How does the Learn to Relax program work?
The program is based on one simple fact: it is impossible to feel tense and relaxed at the same time. Many of us have become so used to being stressed that we have actually forgotten how to relax. The Learn to Relax program reverses this trend by helping you to re-discover, and activate, your body’s natural relaxation response. As you become more relaxed, you also become less distracted, and more present to whatever is going on around you. With relaxation training, your ability to concentrate will improve, and so will your productivity and efficiency. You will find yourself getting more out of your day AND remaining calm and balanced when in challenging situations.
