Managing Stress in the Workplace is a unique, skills-based stress management training program. The program offers a whole mind-body approach to stress management, and integrates mindfulness training with powerful deep-relaxation techniques to build profound and sustainable stress resilience. Participants learn simple and effective strategies to reduce stress, gain clarity of mind and maximise their workplace performance.

What does the program involve?

This educational and skills-based program provides:

  • Tools for reducing stress quickly throughout the working day
  • Practical methods for enhancing concentration, increasing personal productivity and improving communication skills
  • Deep-relaxation training – including body awareness, breath-work and practical meditation
  • Integration strategies - to build cultural change in the long term
  • Individual feedback and support – including phone and email contact, and
  • A comprehensive program manual and six audio CDs.
